Refund Policy - The Basics 

At Pure Deo Essence, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day refund policy.

To qualify for a refund, products must be unopened and in original condition. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within a few business days.

Please note that used or opened products are not eligible for a refund due to hygiene reasons.
